APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy our tea ritual, and ensure your full treatment and service time. A complimentary confirmation call is given to remind you of your upcoming appointment. All guests with bookings of 3 services of more are required to secure the appointment with a credit card at the time of booking. Coco Mazzi Salon and Spa accepts Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express for your convenience.

SPA ENVIRONMENT
We will provide you with an organic cotton robe, gown and slippers for your comfort during your spa treatments. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy during all treatments. Please be certain that cellular phones and all other devices are turned off to maintain a quiet and relaxing experience.

CANCELLATIONS
Last minute changes and cancellations affect the livelihood of our stylists and therapists. 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service. Late arrivals will result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time.
