Appointments
To ensure timely services to all guests, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. A complimentary confirmation call is given to remind you of your upcoming appointment. All guests with bookings of 3 services or more are required to secure the appointment with a valid credit card at time of booking.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment please allow 24-48 hours notice. Cancellations of Spa Days require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations of Spa Days made less than the required time will be subject to a fee of 25% of the total cost. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time.

Spa Environment
Coco Mazzi will provide you with a robe and slippers for your comfort. Please ensure that cellular phones and other devices are turned off, to maintain a quiet, relaxing environment.
